Upon joining you will receive access to our nutrition coaching website. This subscriber’s only portal can be entered using the same login name and password you use on the Healthy Living Store.
After logging in, ask any nutrition-related question on your mind using our web-based email interface and one of our nutritionists will get back to you within 1 business day. When your question has been answered you will receive a notification by email. Simply reply to the nutritionist’s response and ask further questions as needed. All of your information will be kept private and secure, and we will provide you with a record of your correspondence with our nutritionists so you can go back and review their answers any time.

Meet The Nutritionists
Maggie Ward
Maggie Ward, MS, RD, LDN is the Nutrition Director at the UltraWellness Center.
She is a registered dietitian and holds a graduate degree in Nutrition from Bastyr
University. She has completed clinical training in functional medicine through the
Institute of Functional Medicine. For several years, she worked at The Brooklyn
Hospital Center in New York providing nutritional counseling to families dealing
with HIV, and at the Jewish Community Center in Manhattan teaching nutritionally-focused
cooking classes for children and adults.
Maggie has been counseling individuals, families, and business groups on nutrition and various health concerns for the past eight years. Much of her focus has been on food allergies, digestive disorders, inflammatory conditions, childhood nutrition, and athletics. She has a passion for cooking and reconnecting people with their potential to heal using whole foods. Maggie also enjoys running, yoga, and traveling. She lives in Lenox, Mass. with her husband and daughter.
Lizzie Swick
Lizzy Swick, MS, RD is a nutrition consultant working in the fields of functional
medicine and integrative health. She is a registered dietitian and holds a graduate
degree in nutrition from Bastyr University. Lizzy has a background in environmental
studies with a focus on sustainable agriculture and public health education. She
has traveled through various parts of the globe working on organic farms in an effort
to connect the health of the planet with human health. Lizzy is also a certified
massage therapist and has worked in a variety of spas throughout California. She
is interested in helping others reconnect with their wellness and loves working
with food and diet as a means to that end. Her focus is on whole foods, traditional
diets, and the psychology of eating. Lizzy loves to cook and enjoys working with
others in their homes and offices to share her knowledge and translate nutritional
science back into ritualistic kitchen fun. Lizzy loves a good run, a relaxing yoga
class, and people watching in NYC.
Erica Kasuli
Erica Kasuli, MS, RD, CDN is a registered dietitian, counselor, entrepreneur,
educationalist, researcher and pioneer within the field of nutrition. Currently,
she provides business plan and marketing development for medical and nutrition
private practices and is nutrition consultant for the The UltraWellness Center
and the Online coaching programs: The Blood Sugar Solution, The Diabesity Prescription,
Omega Quant and The Daniel Plan. Erica has been the nutrition assistant to Mark Hyman,
M.D. and Kathie Swift, MS, RD, LDN and collaborated in developing the menu and recipe
plans for the New York Times bestsellers, UltraMetabolism, The UltraMind Solution,
and The UltraSimple Diet written by Mark Hyman, M.D.
Erica is a Nutrition Counselor and Marketing Manager at the medical nutrition and psychotherapy private practice, Nutritional and Behavioral Care. Previously, Erica worked as a Clinical Nutritionist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in acute care clinical dietetics where she completed her dietetic internship and was awarded a Fellowship in acute care Nutrition Management as well as in Behavioral Health at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital Eating Disorder Center. Additionally, she provided nutrition consulting for Fortune 500 corporate wellness programs and she was a nutrition consultant for The Optimal Health and Prevention Research Foundation. Erica also was a nutrition research assistant for Bottom Line Health Magazine and the primer medical nutrition therapy textbook, Krause's Food, Nutrition, and Diet Therapy, chapter on anemia and continues to publish research studies.
Erica is on the Executive Committee of the American Dietetic Association practice group, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine. Erica received advanced training in functional medicine and nutrition biochemistry through The Institute for Functional Medicine. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Erica obtained her Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition at New York University where she was Teaching Assistant for Nutrition and Health undergraduate and graduate students. In conjunction with her clinical training and Mediterranean genes, Erica volunteers for the nationally recognized, Center For Mind-Body Medicine's Food As Medicine professional education course and myfoodmyhealth.com.
