  PGX granules provide all the benefits of this unique polysaccharide (fibre) blend, including blood sugar balancing and a feeling of fullness, that last for hours. PGX goes beyond fibre. It is highly concentrated and works quickly to curb appetite and cravings. Sprinkle unflavoured PGX granules on your food and it will help you will eat less, promoting a sense of fullness and help you get better control of your weight.
  
  PGX granules can be added to most foods and work especially well in moist foods like soups, sauces, yogurt, pudding or apple sauce. Always drink plenty of water when using PGX.

Recommended Use:

Stir 1 level scoop (5 g), into 12 oz of cold water or juice or as directed by a health care practitioner.  Drink additional water (at least 8 oz) after ingesting PGX. Begin with 1/2 a scoop and gradually increase over several days as tolerated.

Contraindications:

•     PGX can slow the rate of absorption of medications so it is recommended to take any oral medications 1 hour before SlimStyles PGX Granules or 2 to 3 hours after.
•     Diabetics must monitor their blood sugar and adjust their medication accordingly as the PGX helps to control blood sugar and it may lessen the need for medications or insulin over time. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
•     Consult with your health care practitioner prior to using any PGX product if on any medication.
