  • 4 teaspoons filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Vegan Caesar Dressing

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup boiling filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire, gluten-free
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • ⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Pepita Cilantro Dressing

  • 1 bunch cilantro, thick stems removed
  • ⅓ cup pepita seeds, raw
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup cold filtered water
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons smooth Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Sesame Vinaigrette:

Use for: Salads, Crudités, Roasted Vegetables, Grilled Chicken, Fish Makes: 1/2 cup, Prep Time: 5 minute

Combine the miso paste, rice vinegar, tamari, coconut aminos, Dijon, garlic cloves, ginger, and water into a high-speed blender. Mix on medium and slowly drizzle in the sesame oil, followed by the olive oil, while mixing until smooth.

2. Transfer to a lidded jar and stir in toasted sesame seeds using a spoon. Can be stored in an airtight container, refrigerated, for up to 3 weeks.
