Hazelnut Cold Brew Shake



  • 1 scoop no-sugar-added vanilla protein powder (I used Farmacy Super Simple Vanilla Grassfed Protein)
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup cold brew coffee
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup roasted hazelnuts (skins roughly removed)
  • 1 tablespoon whole flaxseed or chia seed
  • ⅛ teaspoon (pinch) sea salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cacao nibs


  • Top with a pinch of cinnamon and coconut flakes (optional)

Add all of the shake ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Blend until frothy, about 10-15 seconds. Top with cinnamon and coconut flakes, if using, and enjoy immediately.
